1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item was shipped (wrong product, quantity, or specification)
  • Product does not match the description on our website

Note for Wholesale/Bulk Orders: Due to the nature of custom and bulk manufacturing (OEM/wholesale), returns for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse are not accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., products with custom logos, colors, or specific modifications)
  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence by the buyer

4. Return Shipping

  • For defective/incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and provide prepaid return label (if applicable).
  • For other eligible returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

5. Refund & Replacement

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (less any non-refundable fees such as shipping).
  • Replacement items will be shipped at no extra charge for defective/incorrect orders.
